Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Professor of English Literature to join Wakanda Learning Hub. The ideal candidate will inspire learners through a deep exploration of classic and contemporary works, develop critical thinking and analytical skills, and foster a lifelong love for literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or advanced-level courses in English Literature, including poetry, prose, drama, and literary theory.

• Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans and course materials.

• Mentor students in academic writing, critical analysis, and research projects.

• Conduct scholarly research and contribute to the field through publications and presentations.

• Participate in curriculum development and program enhancement activities.

• Organize seminars, workshops, and literary discussions to enrich the learning experience.

• Assess student progress through assignments, examinations, and individualized feedback.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Stay updated on new research, trends, and innovations in English Literature and education.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in English Literature, Comparative Literature, or a closely related field.

• Previous teaching experience at a college, university, or learning hub preferred.

• Strong record of research and publication is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Passion for literature and dedication to student success.

• Ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning atmosphere.
